Do you build the base or deck too?
Yes, we can build your sunroom from the ground up.
What about Permits?
We have an engineering firm that will do the drawings and supply all the info needed to apply for the permit including the application. They are called BCINs and have helped us do several sunrooms.
How far out are you booked?
That depends on the season, in high season we can be booked up for 2-3 months. But generally, we are about 30 days out.
How long from start to finish?
If you already have a good base, we can erect the roof in one day, and do floor-to-ceiling screen walls the next day, so some jobs only take two days at your home, however, if we need to build the base, then order the roof, then order weather wall windows it can take some time. Usually, we are at your home for two days for the base, two days for the roof and templating, then another two days to wrap it up once the windows show.
Are you WSIB covered?
Yes, we are WSIB covered and carry business contractor insurance.
