Our dealers have a 25 percent restocking fee. Materials must be returned clean free of scratches etc.
Most of our products are customized to fit a consumer’s project, therefor returns are few and far between. Once it’s cut and fastened it stays. So if the consumer is unhappy with the project a settlement would be in order, this might be up to 30 percent. However, remember we do not get full payment until we satisfy the consumer. In 19 years of business, we may have done this once. Communication as we build usually eliminates confusion.
