We buy from suppliers who manufacture the components these manufacturers warrant their products. Some for 1 year, others for up to 15 years, we pass this warranty on to you, our labour warranty is two years on all our labour portion of the job. It’s important that you keep the invoice as the manufacturers like to know that it was installed by dealers who are professional installers.

I can assure you that we do not like callbacks as they cost us lots of dollars it’s the repair time and the lost opportunity to do a new job that cost us double. So we are careful with our supply line. If there is a persistent problem or issue we move on to a proper supplier promptly.
